Rick and Norm
Project Managers
Rick and Norm guide customers from the idea stage of a remodeling project through the finished product. They complete feasibility studies, provide budgeting information, and write product specifications.

Mitch and Dennis
Production Coordinators
With many years of home remodeling experience, Mitch and Dennis oversee all field operations, directing the JBC crews, and scheduling subcontractors. They are a liaison between the office and field.

Lesa
Office Manager
Lesa has been overseeing the office operations for over 12 years. She handles the bookkeeping side of JBC and makes sure everyone is “in line”.

Assistant Office Manager
Sarah is involved in all office tasks. She assimilates and processes all paperwork that comes through the door.

Erwin
Architect
Erwin, a graduate of University of Washington, handles all architectural design work and obtains permits for JBC remodeling projects. His specialty is turning your home remodel into a functional and attractive looking space.

Mr. and Mrs. Magoo
Our office mascots are on duty every day. Their chortling and high activity fit the busy office environment.
